Elyse has been a student of qigong and tai chi for five years studying wu style under John Mazetis. In addition she is a reiki master teacher, and yoga teacher having earned 200 hours in Power Yoga, 30 hours in Yin, 20 hours in Pranakriya, and 300 hours in Vinyasa and Hatha. Elyse owns Witchwookie with her partner Shane. Together they sell solar and lunar charged crystal flower essence, glass art and tie dyes.
