Since then she has been teaching various styles of yoga for the last 3 years in gyms, boutiques, centers, and yoga and wellness studios. She enjoys bringing humor to her classes and helping her students realize the postures are just “sprinkles,” but the real work of yoga is finding peace.
Recently she has taught and led various workshops on intention setting and journaling. A practice which is intended to improve overall mental health. Journaling can be used for manifesting goals, and it can also be used for problem solving and managing stress. Finding an optimal FLOW STATE can help you to find focus and achieve your goals and find your intuition.
In her exerience she has found that both journaling and yoga, can break barriers in individuals to dig deep and find their truest potential. She enjoys teaching students to deepen their practice to find their optimal flow.
